I guess when you have two related cats of similar age, it wouldn't be inherently shocking if you were to lose both in rapid succession.  Nevertheless, I cannot help but hope that that is not what is actually happening.

I empathize with ALL OF THE REPLIES(and the journal title). We should totally just all call this year over and go vacation to Hawaii until January 1st 2014, and bring your cat, because cats don't die in Hawaii, while on vacation.

In all seriousness though, I really hope that isn't happening. I can't imagine what would happen if Biskit(my lil' sister's dog) or Blossom (my BABY) decide that they've lived long enough. That would be very worst-case scenario for me, less than the OTHER worst case scenario, though the worst case scenario is so worse case scenario I'm not even gonna name it 'cause I don't want to tempt Murphy's Law...

In other words, I really hope your other kitty (hopefully not) passing on isn't worst-case scenario or the straw that broke the camel's back. *hugs tight* You ever need anything you PM me or gimmie a note on Tumblr. *hugs even tighter if that's possible*

*hugs back super-tight* I'll get through it, whatever happens -- this would have been my worst-case scenario once, but I'm down a dog and a cat since this time two years ago, and it turns out I can survive it. It's really really shitty, but I can survive it. I'm just hoping I'm not going to have to this month.
