I don't like change, and unsettled rapid change like this is really scary.
Yes! I think even a good change that happened this quickly would be perturbing, and this is... something with good aspects, like people trying to keep each other safe and the respite the environment is getting in many places, but not overall something I would call good. Or even predictable.
