Elementary 2x24 "The Grand Experiment"
May. 16th, 2014 06:54 pmOnly the most general of spoilers:
Here's the problem I have with the finale, which unfortunately follows directly from problems I've had with much of the season: It seemed to expect me to be more interested in Sherlock's brother, who has appeared in a grand total of seven episodes and has never been more than vaguely interesting, than I am in Joan, who is one of the two main characters and is the reason I started watching in the first place.
I would really like to wake up to season three as if out of a bad dream. I love all of the cast, but I miss my show.

Even if he is /shadily/ protecting his brother. -And that also felt sorta like a cop-out, I was SO happy with the bad-ass stuff Joan was saying about how she can't trust Mycroft and suddenly all is forgiven when he tells her that he was protecting his brother? Was it slightly lazy writing or is it just me? Either that or Mycroft lying through his teeth again? Or leaving the writers an out to say he was lying through his teeth again?
Please tell me all of the things you loved about season one (and maybe two), I think some gushing would be nice for both of us. Enthusiasm is contagious! :)
