Has anyone written the one where time passes differently in Faerie because some of its various realms are moving at relativistic speeds relative to Earth?

Laurel K. Hamilton writes the Meredith Gentry series, which involves all sorts of fey and fairy mounds and time traveling at different speeds inside of them. There are references to this happening in the early books but it doesn't actually start happening until the third or fourth book.
