Exactly! I was thinking, they hate each other and Dex has real good reason for it. She ruined Dex's life. She contributed to killing her son. And yet. I have a feeling that beyond the son (what's his name? He kinda go fridged, didn't he?) there was a familial relation. We don't know anything about Dex's 'real' family, but the fact that she's sole custodian for her brother and that Sue Lynn knows and likes him suggest that they were pretty close, maybe above and beyond the romantic relationship?

So much to explore. And i'm so happy there are others who are enjoying this show. I love procedurals and I love them especially when I can have eye candy and great characters with depth (and grit :)
